The Intelligent Manufacturing segment operates and invests in the intelligent manufacturing business; and produces iron, steel, new functional material, and ore. It is also involved in the capital investment and management, property development, retail, and medical research; tourism business; sale of iron and steel products; retail of jewelry; underwriting of life and non-life insurance; manufacture and trading of dairy products, and wine and beverage; reinsurance services; and provision of banking and financial services, as well as digital and intelligent solutions. The company was founded in 1992 and is based in Central, Hong Kong. Fosun International Limited is a subsidiary of Fosun Holdings Limited.
