It also develops drugs in Phase III clinical trial, including OT-101 for myopia, OT-802 for presbyopia, OT-211 for dry eye disease, and OT-301 for glaucoma; and drugs in Phase I/II clinical trial, such as OT-703 for diabetic macular edema, OT-202 for dry eye disease, and OT-601-C for the treatment of ocular inflammation. In addition, the company engages in the development of drugs in preclinical stage comprising OT-701 for wet age-related macular degeneration, OT-1601 for retinitis pigmentosa and dry age-related macular degeneration, OT-1602 for optic neuritis, and OT-503 for dry eye disease. Further, it is involved in trading of pharmaceutical products; and plant construction. The company was founded in 2017 and is based in Suzhou, China.
