The company also provides specialty insurance, asset management, insurance brokerage, risk evaluation and management, underwriting agency, information technology, risk advisory, management consulting, and investment management services, as well as issues bonds. In addition, it is involved in the e-commerce business; management of insurance; and provision of multi-asset investment products, such as project-based financing programs, asset-backed securities, infrastructure investment programs, and real estate investment programs. The company was founded in 1949 and is headquartered in Beijing, the People's Republic of China. China Reinsurance (Group) Corporation is a subsidiary of Central Huijin Investment Ltd.
