In addition, it develops XZB-0004, an oral small molecule anexelekto inhibitor; XZP-6877, a DNA-dependent protein kinase inhibitor; NG-350A, a next-generation oncolytic viral therapy; XZP-5610, a non-steroid farnesoid X receptor; and XZP-6019, a first-in-class ketohexokinase (KHK) inhibitor. The company was founded in 2008 and is headquartered in Beijing, China. Xuanzhu Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is a former subsidiary of Sihuan Pharmaceutical Holdings Group Ltd.
